International Delivery - Orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes that are to be paid for by the customer prior to the release from customs. This will vary depending on the item's country of origin, plus the rates set out by the destination country customs requirements. Notification of any such request will be made directly by our specific courier, local partner couriers or our fulfilment partner. 

**USA Delivery - 2026 Update - In order to provide a more seamless delivery process, duty charges will now be paid in advance, in addition to the shipping charges, and collected at the checkout for orders currently to the US only. These charges are itemised at the checkout before payment is made.

Any item(s) returned to Time Team as a result of unpaid customs duties or charges by the recipient or purchaser will be refunded, excluding the original shipping cost. Time Team reserves the right to withhold reimbursement of the original shipping fee and/or may apply a discretionary returns charge on any forced returns or returns initiated by the purchaser.

Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable on product returns. A refund for the products will be actioned once the order is received back by Time Team.

We cannot offer direct exchanges for any items you choose to return. The fastest way to ensure you receive an alternative item is to return the item you have for a refund, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
